Amongst the projects featured are two hotels: the Park Towers, Knightsbridge and the Duquesa de Cardona, Barcelona.
The Park towers project which involved the remodelling of the main entrance features a series of textured gesso panels inspired by silver birch bark and an oval coffer ceiling oil gilded with noir 24ct. gold leaf.
In the Duquesa de Cardona, a hotel that was originally the house of Cervantes while he lived in Barcelona, the facades of the building were preserved but the insides were completely remodelled. All the bedrooms, hallways and entrance were decorated with special finishes, the restaurant featured murals and faux stone-blocking painted on all arches and columns.
Also images from a contemporary office suite in Arlington Street, a marriage of finishes and surfaces which illustrate the use of texture, line and reflection.
Finally a small collection of images which demonstrate how the technique of painting on stone is kept alive in some select locations of both residential and commercial properties.
